Adults mix 1-2 rounded scoops per day with 100-200 ml of purified, distilled, water and drink immediately with food. Use only as directed.

Rare, unpredictable cases of liver injury associated with green tea extract-containing products have been reported. If you have a medical condition or are taking prescription medications, including blood thinners, birth control medication, diuretics, and corticosteroids, or are undergoing hormone replacement therapy, consult a health care practitioner prior to use. Consult a health care practitioner prior to use if you have fever, vomiting, bloody diarrhea, or severe abdominal pain. If symptoms of digestive upset occur, worsen, or persist beyond 3 days, discontinue use and consult a health care practitioner. If you experience dizziness, confusion, muscle weakness or pain, abnormal heart beat and/or difficulty breathing, stop use and seek immediate medical attention. Consumption with alcohol, medications, or other natural health products with sedative properties is not recommended.
Do not use if you have an allergy to Lycium barbarum L. berries, their constituents or to members of the Solanaceae family. Laxative effect or hypersensitivity, such as an allergy to plants of the Oleacea family, Arecaeae family or acai may occur; in which case, discontinue use. Some people may experience insomnia, anxiety, irritability or headaches, in which case, discontinue use.
